Snow Storm Damage to Rio Rancho Home

After the last storm came through Rio Rancho this homes roof began to leak. Our SERVPRO skilled and experienced water damage restoration technicians removed the hanging and wet ceiling material and discarded it. After the demolition, we were ready to dry out the damp ceiling joists and header using a containment method. We then proceed to spray a biocide to inhibit the return of any mold growths. During the demolition, we used HEPA filtered vacuums to decrease the circulation of mold spores to uncontaminated areas of this home in Highland City. Several days later, we returned and installed new drywall to close the ceiling. The homeowner had a relative complete the restoration of the ceiling.
