Monsoon season is good for New Mexico but not always so good for the NM residence who live here. Just recently, we got a storm that brought devastation to one family. Coming home to a house filled with mud and debris isn’t always the best way to return from vacation.
Although your first impulse may be to start cleaning, you need to protect yourself from potential hazards such as water that contains sewage or other contaminants and the structure may not be safe.
